Meditrina is excited to announce a pre-Valentine's wine dinner with wine importer Brad Jensen of Bon Vivant Imports. Four full courses, and four wines.

  • SEDUCTIVE: Truffled Asparagus Soup, parmesan tuile with Sincronia Blanc, Mallorca, ‘15 (special order)
  • TENDER: Filet Mignon, lyonnaise potatoes, local honey-glazed heirloom carrots, sauce bordelaise with Ailala-Ailalelo Tinto (Souson blend), Ribiero, ‘15
  • TEMPTING: Chocolate & Ibis Coffee Mousse, hazelnut brittle, cinnamon Chantilly cream with Vieira De Sousa “Vintage 2011” Port, Portugal
